Heather Honey Mouse. In homage to Scotland and created in Bee form, the delectable mousse with organic honey extracted from foraged heather in the Scottish Highlands, complete with a tangy citrus cream core.

Traditional Irish Apple Cake. A traditional Irish apple cake with layers of chilled English custard and organic Bramley apple compote, handpicked from the orchards of Armagh, Northern Ireland. Garnished with the nation's favourite, a buttery biscuit crumble and a delicate apple puree.

Strawberry And Buttercream delight. Commemorating England, a rose and cream pudding uses handpicked strawberries from Kent and natural rose extract from the gardens in Berkshire, finished with a dusting of buttercream.

Lemon-Baked Cheesecake. An indulgent lemon-baked cheesecake made using Welsh Perl Wen soft cheese sourced from an artisan and organic dairy farm in Carmarthenshire. Zesty and pleasingly light, the cheesecake is topped with spiced British pears and a touch of gold leaf.

Dark Chocolate Cake With Orange Essence. A wicked dark chocolate tart with orange essence and freshly whipped cream from the Isle of Jersey. Creamy and light, the delicate delight comes complete with dried yellow broom petals derived from the jagged coastline of Jersey.
