My Favorites

Sandwiches:

Somerset Ham, English Mustard Mayonnaise Watercress - A tender tasty ham sandwich with a nice thick slice of ham...yummy!

Poached Salmon, Creme Fraiche, Spring Onion - Generous melt in your mouth Salmon filling with a hint of spring onion...delicious!

Egg Mayonnaise, Salad Cress - a delicious light egg mayonnaise with a generous filling.

Scones:

Vanilla & Sultana With Clotted Cream, Blackcurrant Jam, Spiced Apple Jam - Our waiter Luke recommended we add a little blackcurrant, spiced apple jam and clotted cream combination. I must admit this combination was very tasty!

Cakes:

Custard And Ginger Poached Pear Tart - A nice tart...the poached pear with ginger is a nice touch to the winter tea...mmm yum!

Passionfruit And White Chocolate Macaroon - A nice chewy passionfruit macaroon... delicious!
