Short Bark And Sides

Short Bark And Sides provides personalised dog grooming with a strong focus on comfort, wellbeing and a calm, individual experience. Each dog is treated according to their own needs, temperament, coat condition and previous grooming experiences, with a gentle approach designed to make grooming as relaxed and positive as possible. The grooming service includes full grooms, pet trims, breed-standard grooming, wash and dry services, hand stripping, de-shedding and puppy grooming. Specialist care is also available for dogs requiring additional attention, including elderly dogs and those with particular skin, coat or behavioural needs. Alongside everyday grooming, Short Bark And Sides offers a selection of holistic spa treatments. These include de-shedding mud treatments, Ayurvedic spa treatments, skin and coat treatments, itchy paw care and seasonal spa treatments. Elderly dogs can benefit from joint-focused spa care, while ultrasonic teeth cleaning provides a non-invasive approach to supporting everyday oral hygiene following an initial assessment. Additional grooming services include nail clipping and ear plucking, with treatments selected according to each dog’s individual requirements. The overall philosophy combines professional grooming expertise with a nurturing environment, natural grooming products where possible and one-to-one attention. For owners looking for more than a standard trim, Short Bark And Sides offers a thoughtful approach to canine grooming that places the dog’s physical comfort and emotional wellbeing at the heart of every visit.
